I’ve lived here for almost two years and I love it! It’s a very safe environment and my dogs couldn’t be happier. The reason I am giving this condo a one star is because of the property manger, her name is Yanet Barreto. She is by far the worst property manger I’ve ever come across. She is very rude and disrespectful and has no compassion what so ever. I’ve had two electrical issue in the condo and she was little to no help. The first issue I had she sent an election to resolve the matter and she was on the phone saying very rude and disrespectful in Spanish while my boyfriend was there. Little did they know that my boyfriend speaks Spanish and when they realize they stopped the conversation immediately. I call the office she does not answer the phone. I email her in regard’s to the matter and she replies in a very rude tone when I’m being polite and understanding or doesn’t reply to me at all. The last issue I had with her was the property informed us that they were doing electrical work and the power will be out from at 8am-5pm. My power was out for 27 hours due to the electricians on site. I called FLP did a claim and they were not the issue. I lost $300-$500 worth of food and groceries due to the job not being complete in the time frame. I express to Yante multiple times if there was anyway to be compensated for the lost goods and her response was “ I was properly informed a head of time. If I wanted to fill up my refrigerator and throw away away my goods it was my responsibility.” I informed her I wasn’t satisfied with this outcome and would like to speak with her superior directly and she completely ignored me. She is the definition of you get a little power and it goes to your head. You can not have people like this is these roles. She is the only issue I’ve had with this place all she does is show up to work and does the bare minimum.

This is not a rental community. It is privately owned condos that are optionally rented out by their owners. The grounds are constantly maintained, the clubhouse is very clean, gym, pool meeting areas are all kept nicely. A great dog community, everyone has a pet. I enjoy living here for the past 5 years.

Whoever is in charge of the landscaping needs to be fired because they run a leaf blower from 9am to 1pm almost everyday waking up the entire community. Every single morning I am woken up @8:40am to the sounds of leaf blowers and it goes on for hours.

Best place to live! If you can kindly follow the rules nothing is a problem! Kind neighbors and amazingly sweet HOA members, can’t even complain about how amazing it is to live here.

They find any reason to tow cars, they get a kickback from towing fees. DONT MOVE HERE, very nosey people that report everything. Hoa members are old miserable maggots

Addison pointe is a nice community in Boca Raton, everyone is nice and friendly with me 😊✌️ specially the manager Yanet, she's really sweet and professional, I highly recommend this place
