I have been a Dan Allen customer for at minimum, 15 years. I remember in the initial design of our lighting how he insisted that we install lights on our trees in back of the lanai that only we could see routinely. "These are for you." he said. How right. All these years later, we love them and would not have them without his advice. Since then after numerous hurricanes and storms and assaults by those trimming bushes, Dan Allen has always been there within a day or two. The last time we requested service in October shortly after we returned, we didn't even know they were there until we noticed everything suddenly worked again. And then they sent us a bill a week later. If you can do better than these guys, please let me know. But until then . . .

They do a good job of maintaining our lighting. The only criticism I would have is that it would be nice to have more advance notice of their arrival in case there are things I would like to discuss with the maintenance personnel. Currently, they send a text 10-15 minutes before arrival which isn't useful at all for advance planning.

We had two technicians come and do our service. One was named Adrian and the lady was Alehandra I think.
We were VERY pleased with their work. They were both very professional, solved our problems, and now all lights are on.

You light up the night! Our tech is Alfredo and he always is prompt and able to fix any issues. When calling the office you also are helped by a friendly voice who can schedule visits and answer questions. We are blessed to have such a organized company.

Of all the vendors I use on a regular basis Dan Allen Landscaping is the best. They have gone out of their way, on more than one occasion.to help me out. I’m an active Realtorand I recommend them with confidence all the time.

I had landscape lighting installed by a different company who did a very poor job. They didn’t even bury the wiring (installed it under the mulch). I called Dan Allen Landscaping and they had Alfredo come out within a few days. Alfredo explained what he needed to do and each time he found a problem with the existing wiring, he showed me what he needed to do to repair it. I highly recommend this company but, more importantly, I highly recommend Alfredo … he’s worth way more than five stars!
