We wanted to send flowers to a remarkable young lady to congratulate her on a significant accomplishment. Since we are located in Illinois, we searched for florists in the Tampa area, where she is going to school. After reading the reviews, we chose Raspberry Blooms, and they were spectacular! Not only did they put together a beautiful arrangement she loved- but they also reached out by phone when I had inadvertently left off a piece of address information. I ordered flowers for Mother’s Day and paid $90 for the arrangement. I received my arrangement and got a basket full of FAKE plants. I was very disappointed and I found myself looking for another florist that day and paid additional monies to get a better arrangement. I was too embarrassed to give this to anyone 😡😡😡😡

Top Notch florist in all ways. I got the Make Plans bouquet and it had excellent flowers and they were able to substitute red roses for the pink ones. All the other flowers were top quality as well. Delivery was on time, no issues. I had quality issues with my previous florist but Raspberry Blooms was excellent. I plan to keep ordering from Raspberry Blooms.

UPDATED REVIEW - Ordered an arrangement to be delivered to my home to give to a neighbor later in the day. Very obvious this arrangement was made more than a couple of days ago. Flowers are brown and starting to wilt already, brown plastic filler was used, and altogether not fresh looking. So not impressed. Highly disappointed. I tried emailing using the address on their fb page. Non working address so I posted this review. UPDATE! Knock on my door just now (1 day later) with an absolutely beautiful fresh looking arrangement! I changed my mind about raspberry blooms.… Highly recommend! Customer service like that deserves five stars!
