I ordered a bouquet of flowers online for a co-worker and they sent me a photo to approve prior to sending my flowers out for delivery. We all know that sometimes certain varieties of flowers are not available and your arrangement will be different. Once I received the photo, I called and explained why I was sending the flowers and they immediately changed my arrangement and sent me another photo to approve and it was everything and more than I expected!!!! To me, this shows that customer care is so important to Kimberly's Flower of Boca Raton! I would highly recommend them, even if you would find their prices slightly higher, I believe it is worth the price for such amazing customer care and such beautiful flower arrangements! I must go to flower shop!!!!!!

Flowers were high quality and fresh.
Very happy with my three fresh flower orders. Delivery was on time, as promised.
Also, in the store were some silk flower arrangements, large and small.
One silk design/arrangement with a gorgeous ceramic bowl caught my eye, it was so unusual and beautiful that I purchased it for my own home.
Excellent service and I highly recommend this flower shop.

This was my first time ordering from Kimberly's Flowers and I am thoroughly impressed. The flower arrangement was beautifully composed with just the right variety of flowers and colors, and very very abundant. Best of all, each and every flower was at its freshest. Delivery was on time on one of the busiest days of the year (Mother's Day), and the person who delivered them was very kind and brought them inside as they were heavy for my elderly mother to carry.
