By far one of the worst companies ever to do business with. Very shady, they lie a lot, their equipment always broke during service. Hector (hippo), gm is a liar and a deceiver, they promise you 20 guys for a project and the moment you sign the agreement they only send you 4 or 5 guys. Erin is the biggest trash of all!! She was very rude and treats her workers like pure trash!! I have been following this company and their contracts all the way from Orlando, Windermere, and even Deltona. They have managed to lose almost all the contracts they had do to Poor management. Most of the men I had the pleasure of meeting were either illegal or straight out of jail. I believe in giving people a chance, but not when the jobs in aisles worth Windermere. You’re trusting these ex cons to go into 3 million dollar homes without any supervision, why?
If you are looking for any type of lawn service, run!!!!! Don’t give your money to these people. They are very greedy and will not give you the best service for your top dollar. These people need to be shut down! They are an embarrassment to even be called a business! If you don’t believe what I’m telling you, go to their shop after 6 on old winter garden road, and you’ll see all the workers getting drunk and doing drugs in the parking lot after they get out of work still with their uniform on. And to the both owner Erin and the ogre you’re married to, take some classes on how to be professional because you guys really need it. Such a disgrace.

This company has some very unprofessional employees. I witnessed two girls in a blue golf cart with the company logo on it at the grove resort in water park Orlando, doing donuts in the grass as if they were in a fast and the furious movie to the point where the golf cart was on two wheels after hitting a drain hole.

This is a company that hires good people. Kemcy and William helped me change my tire when I was stuck on the side of the road. They were the nicest people I have ever met. They were pros at changing tires too. They did it in no time and watching how well they work together was impressive. I’m 100% telling everyone I know in the Narcoossee area to drop their landscapers and go with Landform. I would hire them myself if I had a yard. Kemcy and William if you’re reading this, message me. I’ll need a way to repay you back when I win the lottery :).

Unprofessional company run by people who can not keep an agreement and weasel their way out of things. Absolutely ridiculous that they can think they're of any good service.

UPDATE: The owner's response below shows the general lack of professionalism. In the end, Landform did pay for services rendered. It took this review, lots of phone calls, and I guess the graciousness of business to decide to do the right thing. Proud of you, Landform!

This company is not a good landscaping company. Their foreman are rude and unprofessional. They do half jobs on everything they touch. They blow the leaves from one house to another leaving your neighbor's to pick up the trash. They talk on their cellphones while they work.
