Annie did such a beautiful job with my bouquet and corsages for my wedding! She was so helpful, professional, communicative, flexible, detail oriented, and sweet. Karen was very patient with me very understanding and absolutely a pleasure and an amazing florist! I told her what I was looking for, I gave her a budget and she delivered! The flowers and Roses look absolutely gorgeous and I am 100% positive I found my new flower shop! My bride gushed!

The flowers from this shop exceeded my expectations. Anne is great to work with. The flowers are very fresh and stay looking great for days on end. My friend loves the Pittsburgh Steelers and Anne agreed to custom arrange and deliver a Steelers themed bouquet to my friend every time the Steelers won. This shop is very consistent, reliable and the prices are very reasonable. They take care of their customers well. This shop is amazing !!!!

Today I called at 5pm, a hour before closing with a huge request! I needed flowers delivered to my Grandma the same night (crazy right) I had somehow forgotten it was my Grandma’s 56th wedding anniversary. Unfortunately, my Papa had passed away many years ago but I like my Grandma to still feel special on their special day.

I called and Anne picked up the phone, I immediately asked her if there was anyway to still have flowers delivered. She told me yes but she was with a customer. She took down my information and said she would give me a call back. (I was anxious and nervous she wouldn’t call me back) Anne DID call me back and I explained to her the situation and she immediately made me feel relieved because she was going to make it happen! I live a hour away so it wasn’t as simple as just bringing them over myself especially with how late it was getting.

Anne happened to be the only one working and I GREATLY appreciated her taking my last minute order and delivering them herself! Yes, I could’ve had them delivered the next day but it’s just not the same. Anne did a lot more for me today then just make a beautiful flower arrangement and deliver them to my Grandma. She helped warm my heart by getting that FaceTime call from my Grandma and seeing the smile on her face. That is PRICELESS!!!!!

My whole experience with Anne and this shop was amazing and I highly recommend their services. As a business owner myself, customer service goes a long way! Today, Anne did a lot more then just customer service because she didn’t have to take my order. She took my order because Anne has a wonderful heart and truly cares about her customers and their needs!

Anne, from the bottom of my heart, I can’t thank you enough <3 Even though I live a hour away you forever have my business. Not only my business but my family’s business too since they live locally. You’re amazing, thank you again for filling my heart with the joy of seeing my Grandma smile. (The pictures attached do not do the flower arrangement justice. They are gorgeous and exactly what I wanted)

A Pocket Full of Petals has provided us with several OUTSTANDING floral arrangements and great customer service, plus the ability to do client drawing gift certificates too. In fact, we needed a thank you bouquet arrangement sent to a client out of their normal area, but they gladly went the extra mile to make us look great!

Pocket Full of Petals is a hidden treasure. The owner Annie is such a gem, she knows what she’s doing, she has the eye, she’s quick, helpful and sweet too. Both of my daughters used her for their weddings. My last daughters wedding was all the way out in in Temecula and she delivered them and they looked fresh and beautiful. We were very happy with the beautiful flower bouquets, boutonnieres and the bouquet on the arch. I would totally recommend Annie and her staff.

I own Fox and Flora, a florist in San Diego, I am rating Tanya for her customer service over the phone since I have not met her in person. I worked with Tanya to send flowers for one of her customers here in San Diego, she was so awesome over the phone and was clearly extremely knowledgeable about her florals, I can only imagine how that amazingness would reflect through her floral arranging! From my opinion her customer service and kindness alone is worth this 5 star rating. I will definitely be using her florist when a customer of mine needs flowers sent in her area.
