I cannot say anything about their flowers or their business, but I will say that that the lady that works there is a very rude person. My husband and I are from Canada, we had just drove for a very long time and I needed to stop at the first place we could after getting off the freeway to use the restroom. We originally stopped in the complex to try to use the restaurant’s restroom, but it was out of order. I was so desperate so I went next store to this flower shop and I asked quietly & politely if I could use their restroom and that I had to go pee so bad. The lady snapped and raised her voice at me in disgust in front of at least 6 other people, “No we don’t have a bathroom…” before I could finish saying “oh okay” she continues to snap and say “We are not a restaurant go next store” and she rudely motioned me to get out. I said “okay thank you” and left feeling so embarrassed and degraded. To that lady, I can only say, I hope that you never get treated the way you treated me when I was only asking for a little bit of help. And that I completely understand you can’t just let everyone use your restroom, but sometimes maybe you could be a little more kind.

Very unprofessional. Met up with one of the team members, its been more than 4 weeks, still waiting for the promised proposal. It could be done in front of me, we have very small wedding of 30 people, there is nothing to do. A month later, 3 different people are emailing me, making up excuses why i still didnt get the final proposal. Ended up going some place else, would never recommend tic tock flowers

The lady on the phone was horrifically rude and accused my mother of smashing her own flowers, which she received as a gift, then proceeded to lie and say that my mom had called her and said that she loved the flowers. When I called her out on this absolutely unacceptable behavior she responded with "I didn't say that...I never said that..." Ok. We didn't ask for any kind of compensation nor were we looking for anything... But for an arrangement that's $200-400, it's absolutely unacceptable that it doesn't arrive in pristine condition. Save yourself the trouble and avoid this place.

les fleurs étaient très bien, la livraison rapide et efficace. J'ai commandé cette composition florale depuis la France (Chalon sur Saône), florajet, interflora.....me demandais entre 24 et 72 heures pour la livraison, et la, la livraison à été éffectuué 1h20 après ma commande. Très rapide et éfficace
