They were amazing from start to finish. Customer service and the arrangements were both top notch. They were very caring, accommodating and delivered beautiful arrangements on a very short notice. They made the whole experience very pleasant, will definitely order from them again!

Amazing flower shop. Placed an order online from out of state. Was unsure of what arrangement to get and called them and spoke with Michael. He was busy at the time helping another customer and said he would call me back because he wanted to make sure that I would be happy with my floral arrangement and would like to take the time with me since I wanted something specific. He called me back to specifically helped me out in picking an arrangement and had it delivered the same day! Amazing service and arrangement was beautiful. Extremely happy with them will use them and recommend to everybody! Michael was amazing, friendly, patient, and not pushy at all! Family received floral arrangement and said it was gorgeous!

Please read! This has been an Amazing experience handling 3 orders with West Hollywood Florist! Dan and Michael are kind and make you feel better after you receive your orders! My flowers thus far have been GORGEOUS!! I purchased the SPLENDID Bouquet and it is just that! We ordered roses and proteas and they were GORGEOUS! This floral store makes you shine at your event! i am BEYOND happy with West Hollywood Florist!!! I work at a hotel and assist with amenities and have used West Hollywood Florist twice this week!! One delivery i ordered ahead of time and the other was same day delivery. they delivered within an hour! such friendly service and BEAUTIFUL flowers. 10/10 recommend

Order arrangements from here all the time! From the first time I ordered, and I order a lot, my expectations were fully met not only in the beauty of my chosen arrangement but also in the care and delivery to my recipient(s). I must say the proprietors go to great lengths to satisfy their customers and should you not be happy with something, they welcome the feedback and will go beyond the call of duty to please you. This did happen once, and only once, with me, but they jumped into action and made up another arrangement 'on the house'! I felt a little uncomfortable accepting, but the kind fellow insisted, Can't beat that! Guess what I'm saying is order from here, they deliver!

We live in Texas. Our daughter lives in West Hollywood. She had bought flowers from you guys the week prior for Thanksgiving and mentioned how pleased she was and you would be her "go to flower shop." When ordering flowers for her birthday, it was no question we would order from you and she was not disappointed! The picture doesn't do justice to the beauty of the robust colors and big beautiful flowers. And the best part? You guys hand wrote the typed note we did on online to give it an extra special and personal touch as if we had hand-written it ourselves! This was over and beyond anything I'd ever experienced and I have done business with many flower shops. I know this is long, but as a mom, whose only daughter is waaay in California, this meant so much to us. So, thank you! For the exquisite arrangement and the very personal touch. You are our go to now too! Wish I could give 10 stars! 🙂
