Customer service was great. I asked about their online items and she provided a reasonable price. The clerk gave me options and ideas of what would look better and assisted me throughout the buying process. Definitely coming here again for all other flower arrangements.

My husband sent me flowers for our anniversary. The flowers are absolutely beautiful!! My husband said Maria helped him with the order, and she was very friendly and helpful. I have to say the bouquet was stunning and the roses were the most pretty roses! It is day four and I am still enjoying their beauty! I am a happy wife ! Thank you very much!!

Flowers were beautiful but I removed a star because the person who delivered the flowers left a rude voicemail saying "You have 2 minutes to come to the door or I'm leaving"
That may be policy but there is a more professional way to communicate that information. Staff needs to be trained on phone etiquette.

100% dissatisfied!...I walked in a week before valentine's day and showed the owner what I wanted but in a bigger size ( heart shaped box filled with roses on the heart and an arrangementon at the bottom) , she said she could do it but it would be expensive as I expected. I agreed to the price and paid, come valentine's day my fiance received a whole different arrangement and the heart shaped box it came in was falling apart.....oh and roses were even missing in places where it obviously took one...I reached out to the owner but no response. Very unprofessional.

I am so disappointed with this flower shop. I received a beautiful bouquet of flowers on my birthday (May 6) and within 2 days the roses were wilting. By Saturday May 9th, the roses were dead. I called the shop and the girl proceeded to tell me I killed them because I didn't change the water. There were no written directions advising me to change the water after receiving the flowers. Mind you the flowers have been in water and in air-conditioning, they shouldn't have died within 2 days. My mom called her and she proceeded to be rude to her as well. My parents paid over $100 for these flowers. I have never had a florist blame the customer for their flowers dying, without offering a replacement or a refund. No recommendations here.
