The worst customer service experience, I was hired to design plans for an ADU for a client in common with this company. My plans where approved with a condition of providing a topo map. The client provided the information the city was requesting on the topo map. After they completed the topo i had some questions that i wanted to clarify, so i called their office and talked to Monica. She was extremely rude and with an additude. That was extremely unprofessional. Especially when you want to charge the client more money when the client provided your company all the information the city is requesting and is missing from the topo map you prepared. I also posted a review on another app and the general manager Gerado goes on saying that my plans are wrong that the client is extremely happy with their services then he got my review removed just to keep their ratings up. The client is really upset and needs to pay them more money to make changes they where hired for since the beginning.

I recently engaged the services of GMON Survey to conduct a comprehensive survey of my new residence. Experience has been less than ideal. They do not deliver on their own deadlines, I’ve used them 4 times total and gave them the befit of the doubt each time for topography, slope analysis, plot plan and survey and though the work was completed it was always delayed 1-2 months. Example - “Hi Monica, we paid for slope analysis a month against, when will it be completed?” Response: “Hi, the surveyor said in 3 days” 2 weeks later: “Hi Monica, it’s been 2 months since we paid for our slope analysis, when will it be sent to us?” Response: “Hi, the surveyor said you will have it by Friday”
It’s been 2 months, I’m still waiting for my slope analysis

Update: finally got my slope analysis. Note that the surveyor already had the calculations from a prior survey.

Horrible experience with GMON Surveying, Inc.
Zero comprehension of the city code and requirements, absolute lack of professionalism, and the worst attitude from the manager when trying to work with her to fix the errors. The measurements for the square footage area were done incorrectly and are NOT consistent with the city records. Even after agreeing to pay extra fees of $1000 to fix the errors and facilitate the revision, I was surprised to be scheduled for the survey revisit in 6 weeks followed by at least 2 more weeks to update/fix the topography maps.
My advise is to go with a reputable company for Surveying in order to save money and effort. I admit to have made a big mistake, and now I have to find another company to redo the whole survey.
