Honestly dissapointed with this florist shop. I order the birthday cake arrangement for a friend who passed away. They gave me this arrangement which looks nothing like the picture on their website.

I don't write many reviews but had to write this one. Don't ever use this florist. My parents ordered a plant for my firm's anniversary. The plant was delivered 1 day later and when it arrived, looks like they purchased it at the grocery store and stuck it in an old container. Absolutely ridiculous. My parents don't have much money and this company totally ripped them off. I would be ashamed to deliver such a plant! Please don't use this company. Go elsewhere.

Didn’t receive what was ordered at all.
My god father has Parkinson’s and I wanted to surprise his wife with flowers for their 51st anniversary by sending flowers from him. The bouquet was called “Love of my Life” and she loves carnations, so I thought it was perfect. She liked them and was surprised, but she sent a picture and they look nothing like what actually was ordered. I was disappointed for her. Pictures of what was ordered and what was delivered. It’s not awful just not what I picked after seeing photos. Definitely doesn’t scream love of my life…

I received a beautiful flower arrangement from this florist. The order was placed through Teleflora and I was aware that substitutions could be made if the exact flowers/items weren't available.
An extra fee was paid for a small stuffed animal and a BOX of chocolates. The arrangement arrived on time but the delivery person rang the bell and sat the arrangement on the ground and the HIPPOPOTAMUS stuffed animal and the BAG OF FUN SIZE MILKY WAY BARS on the side railing of the house.
I can't believe they substituted a BAG of MILKY WAY for the BOX of chocolates. A HIPPOPOTAMUS is a poor choice for the stuffed animal. To be honest, it looks used ( stains )
A trip to Dollar Tree would have solved the stuffed animal issue if the florist didn't have any. A Teddy Bear is more appropriate. The Hippo could have been offensive. The stains were.
Walgreens usually has inexpensive boxes of chocolates. Whitman's, Russell Stover or Turtles.
We didn't expect Godiva or Sees.
The order was placed several days in advance so I don't think they were in a rush. Let me say again THE ARRANGEMENT WAS BEAUTIFUL.
Embarrassed about the rest of it.

Would give no stars if possible. Would have been a beautiful bouquet but flowers turned out to be half dead when you look at them closely. After she rang me up I realized she charged me $78 for what would have been twenty at a store. Sick to my stomach ripped off.

Wish I could give zero stars. My friend passed away and I ordered a flower arrangement through telefloral. Wished I knew this shop was handling the arrangement as I would have skipped and paid someone else with better reviews to do to. I am grieving my friend. I live it of state. They were supposed to deliver the arrangement or say 2/8 and yesterday (2/7) at around 6pm I received a text stating they delivered my arrangement. I was so confused. I told them the arrangement was supposed to be delivered today 2/8. The florist said I requested for it to be delivered by 8am and they open at 9am. Nowhere did I request this! I paid $15 extra for it to be delivered early. I have received and sent flower arrangements many times and have never dealt with this type of incompetence! Long story short, I have had to deal with ensuring they picked up the arrangement and they would deliver it this morning. They even texted they delivered it. I called telefloral at 1pm to confirm it was delivered only to be told it is on the way. I am beyond upset. At a time I’m supposed to grieve for my friend I am also having to deal with this issue.
