I have ordered three times from Bent Willow Florist and won't be ordering from anyone else. They have delivered as promise and all the arrangements looked exactly what was pictured on their site. I have ordered from other places in the past but this is the best place hands down in the Toluca Lake/North Hollywood area.

I'm in Columbus, Georgia and often send flowers to my daughter in Studio City. I am so thankful that I can rely on Mary and her team to deliver the best and most beautiful floral arrangements to my daughter. My daughter always rants and raves about how big and how gorgeous the flowers are, and she always sends me a video and still shots of them. One time I had Mary deliver roses, and they were the biggest, red roses my daughter and I ever saw. I also have to say that talking to Mary is a sheer pleasure. She's super helpful, has a great sense of humor, and her word is her bond. The last time (2 days ago) I sent flowers , the delivery driver arrived to find that my daughter was not home. He called me in Georgia, I called my daughter who was on the way home, and the driver has no problem waiting several minutes for my daughter to arrive. They are the very best people to work with. Sometimes I feel like sending flowers just so I can get to talk to Mary.

Hands Down, Drop the Mic....This is the most Awesomest Florist ever.Mary has the heart and smile of an angel. I literally drove up after 5pm and she was so kind and sweet- she talked to me ( and heard me and was totally present in every way. ( This was our 1st encounter ) I shared with her my initial plans with on another florist downtown- And how I just could not take my eyes off her "Femme Fatale" floral arrangement. She shared with me how she goes early in the morning to handpick flowers. Explained to me where these flowers come from and everything. I couldn't wait until Valentine's Day - ( these flowers were esp picked for me with care- priceless) So my sweet-heart will get these today and another floral arrangement on Valentine's Day. Look no further - This is the place where floral dreams and fantasies come true. I promise. Thank you so very much, Mary : - )
