I live in Marin County, so I did a Google search to find a florist who could deliver to San Leandro. Sophia's Flowers popped up with 30+ 5-star Google reviews. I clicked through her website portfolio and was very impressed with her work, so I gave her a call. Sophia created a beautiful arrangement for my friend, whose husband passed away unexpectedly. While working on the arrangement, she was so thoughtful and respectful to ask what colors might be preferred in the Asian culture for a sympathy bouquet arrangement. Her communication skills are excellent, and she was very responsive to my texts. Sophia's work is top-notch; I trusted her to create something beautiful and appropriate for the occasion, and she did not disappoint. I highly recommend Sophia's Flowers and would not hesitate to work with her again should the opportunity arise.

Working with Sophia was wonderful. She created a funeral arrangement for me and took care of details that I didn't think of or ask for and it made the experience that much more easy. I ordered an 18" wreath and chose the colors. She picked out beautiful flowers that stayed fresh over the course of the 2 days of ceremonies. So I tried local and Sophia’s flowers, she was great we communicated via text , she quoted me a price , but on the day of delivery she let me the price will be cheaper then what she originally quoted. She delivered on time .

I live in Southern California and reached out late last week for an arrangement of birthday flowers for my 10 year old niece to be delivered to her house today for her birthday (up in Northern California). I initially sent a text kind of late at night but nonetheless received a text confirming that she received my text and that she was available to help with my order.

Sophia was so helpful in placing the order that I barely had to do anything but give her the address and details. Come Tuesday afternoon I received the attached photos of the arrangements with a bill that I happily paid.

Above and beyond service, kept me updated and most importantly, the arrangement was perfect. My niece is going to be the happiest girl in the world.

Our interaction from there was as efficient and friendly as one could hope for. I was impressed at how much attention my order was given and how responsive she was during the entire interaction.
