Update Dec . 2023 . This florist does impeccable artistry with arrangements! I will use this flower shop every year for special occasions and dear friends of mine living in their immediate area.

Two "Beautiful"... "Spectacular" arrangements of flowers have been ordered and sent from Flower Gallery to my dear friend at home recovering from surgery. I ordered online, they delivered a BEAUTIFUL arrangement (1 mile away) within the hour, AND sent me a confirmation text AND photo of the arrangement. I'll DEFINITELY be using them again. They were fast, efficient and professional!

I chose this flowershop because of their ratings and arrangements shown in the google photos.
However, I'm disappointed at their floral arrangement. I paid for a deluxe arrangement over $100. They have the flowers correct, but the arrangement was poor. The flowers were placed all over, and it's not cut evenly. It seemed TOO RUSHED. Im upset and highly disappointed. I tried calling regards of my complaint but the calls didn't go through (probably due to the holiday). They need to do better. Even though delivery was quick. See the photo for reference.

I used the web site to order flowers for my aunt who lives in South Pasadena. The customer service was fantastic! I made a mistake when I entered the address and they went above and beyond to deliver the flowers. My Aunt called to say the flowers were beautiful.
