I can no longer recommend this company. They used to be good the first time I ordered nearly a year ago, but their pictures on their website is not what you will get.

I would unfortunately not recommend this florist.

Stunning blooms and spectacular service! I ordered these flowers for my parents anniversary party and the team was able to make slight changes to match the color scheme and even called to confirm the details. I’m surprised there are any bad reviews, the arrangements were stunning and communication from order to delivery was great.

After the death of my Sister, my Brother and sister in law sent me a plant arraignment in a basket. She ordered it from Terry’s florist online whom then hired a subcontractor, Oak Creek Florist 4966 Pacheco Blvd., suite A, Martinez, CA 94553. To already be grieving and then receive an arrangement that was half dead only added to my grief, it’s like receiving black roses. This arrangement was carelessly thrown together! The plants mostly limp and broken were loosing leaves the day they arrived. Over half of the plants died in the next week, I couldn’t revive them. They were shoved into the basket several inches above the basket which caused the water added to run off of the arraignment onto my table. In these overwhelming days with the pandemic you would think a business would want to survive not put out such poor quality arrangements. And then to charge almost $100 for this mess? They should be embarrassed. ?

Ordered a beautiful Southern Peach Bouquet for my Daughter in Law ( pic on left Paid $80.00 to get her the type and color flowers she liked, the on line store went to Oak Creek Florist ( pic or right )
This was a very special day for my Daughter-in -Law and I was SO embarrassed not only did it look nothing like what I ordered it came in a cheap, little jar. the Roses that should have been peach were yellow and wilted, the Carnations were ugly and that is what there was the most of ... The cheapest flower there is. Can't say enough about how bad!! and lazy they were didn't even try to make it look like the picture. I hope all 3rd party florists stop using them.. Family owned florist Get a new family because the one you have SUCKS. Thanks for ruining my gift for my Daughter-in -Law

Trash, do NOT use them. Flowers were sent from out of state via FTD, scheduled for delivery no later than noon. Showed as delivered, however there were delivered approximately 4:40pm. Ruined entire Birthday. I wish 0 was a rating option. Because they lied multiple times regarding the delivery.

I wanted to say that if we ever receive a flower piece that is low quality we send it back and expect to have it looking perfect for the family. Oak Creek has rarely sent us a poor arrangement. If there is ever an error or mistake the manager Sarah handles any corrections with professionalism and speed! Thank you! -Tyler

If I could give them no stars I would. As a surprise, my husband ordered flowers to be delivered to my office or Valentine's Day. They did not arrive until after hours and were left with a down stairs neighbor. My husband did not receive the email for delivery until 930pm. This was a Friday before a 3 day weekend. I was not able to get to the office until Sunday. The flowers were on the floor in front of our office door and half dead. I called Oak Creek florist and after a round of excuses finally got them to replace the flowers. Again, they were delivered late and I did not see them until the next morning. They were not what we ordered. I could have done the bouquet myself for $25 at Safeway for what my husband paid $100.when I called again, more excuses. They are coming to pick them up. Not good customernservice. I will be complaint and reversing the charge with Pro Flowers.
