SO disappointed!!! Ordered the arrangement on the right (photo 2) for my cousin, who just gave birth to their first child, a baby girl. The picture on the left (photo 1) is what they received! I understand that ordering from 1-800-Flowers doesn't guarantee arrangements to be exact, but COME ON! The fact that a local business thought this was acceptable is absolutely mind-boggling! Not even remotely close to what I ordered! I was embarassed when I receive a picture of what was delivered. Totally ridiculous and unacceptable. Buyer beware!

First off, the flower selection was incredible. I was honestly blown away by how beautiful everything looked. The team was super helpful, guiding me to pick the perfect arrangement with a lot of care and attention. You could tell they really know their stuff and are passionate about what they do.

But what really stood out to me was the customer service. They kept me updated throughout the whole process. I never had to worry or follow up, they just handled everything so smoothly.

Overall, they exceeded my expectations in every way. I’m so happy I chose them and will definitely be coming back the next time I need something special.

i ordered from uber for delivery as i wanted to surprise my fiance and this is what she gets.i am very disappointed the flower looks old and how they arrange the flowers looks like the person that arrange this was in a hurry. this is not worth my money and i demand a refund.

Ordered flowers for delivery on valentines. Website tracker and text message notification said they were delivered (past the delivery time frame) but was never received. Called 1800Flower and customer service is beyond useless. Told me to hold and then never came back to the phone. Called again and store was closed. Unreliable service.

30-45 dollars for multi colored roses and these tiny withered flowers showed up at my door. I was furious, what a waste of money. I know I didn’t place an order at a Beverly Hills flower Boutique but I surely was expecting a dozen roses to show up looking better than the 12.00 dozen I can buy from the local grocery store.

To put the icing on the cake when I called to complain about the quality of roses I received the customer service person told me what I received was fresh full and acceptable. She was also rude and confrontational. After asking for a supervisor she told me the supervisor was busy “managing” then she said she wasn’t there at all.

After spending my hard earned money on something to brighten my week I am disappointed at the quality and the customer service. Never again.
