I recently had the pleasure of working with Ivory Florist, and I couldn't be more impressed! I needed a beautiful arrangement for my boss and the owner/designer of my new company, and the team at Ivory Florist truly delivered.

I called over the weekend and spoke with two lovely ladies who were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. They listened attentively to my requests and promised to create something stunning. And, boy, did they ever!

The arrangement was absolutely breathtaking – exactly what I had envisioned. The attention to detail, the color palette, and the overall design were all impeccable.

I highly recommend Ivory Florist for any occasion, whether personal or professional. Their exceptional customer service, creativity, and commitment to quality make them a true gem. I look forward to working with them again in the future!

i ordered flowers for same day delivery. and ivory florist did an amazing job with my order, they delivered the most beautiful heart shape red rose arrangement with pink orchids, they were very easy to work and the ordering was fast and easy.

I needed a last-minute bridal bouquet and sent the florist a photo of exactly what I wanted. They assured me they could replicate it, which was a relief because while I could have made it myself, having them do it would save me time. I informed them that my event started at 2 PM and that I needed to pick up the bouquet by 1:30 PM. There was a three-hour window to complete the order. I paid $150, understanding the premium for express service.

However, when I arrived at 1:30 PM, the bouquet wasn’t ready. Fortunately, they acknowledged their mistake and delivered it to me at no extra charge. But when I received it, I immediately noticed that the stems were cut much shorter than in the reference photo. They claimed it was due to the nature of the flowers, which wasn’t true. Just two hours later, the bouquet started wilting and falling apart—before the wedding even began.

When I expressed my dissatisfaction upon receiving it, they simply told me nothing could be changed. I expected some form of compensation for not delivering the bouquet as requested, but they refused and blamed the short time frame. As a small business owner myself, I understand the challenges of express orders. However, when we accept a rush job, we charge accordingly but never compromise on quality or shift the blame onto the customer. The florist was polite, but that was the extent of their support. Looking back, I wish I had made the bouquet myself—I’m confident I could have done a better job.

They delivered the flowers I saw in their web site to my important recipient but it ended up with big disappointment. Actual flower was not pretty and color is not matches with their photo.. I felt that their flower is way over priced and there is no true follow up after I complained. Strongly Not recommended.. i uploaded web site vs actually delivered.

This florist has incredible taste and understands the language flowers speak! Knowing the right flower for the occasion. loved the one she built for my sorry-for-your-loss bouquet, so moving. I was also so pleased in how she resolved the issue that arose when the tulips I ordered were not in stock. Instead of charging me more for a replacement. She found an even more beautiful tulip and added that. Thank you!

We have ordered flowers from Irvine Florist, Ivory Florist for same day delivery in Irvine and they deliver a beautiful flower arrangement, they where freshly designed with quality flowers, in a handmade gold vase, we asked to designed a birthday floral design that.is bright and colorful but it's slightly fall shades as well and they nailed if. We are always going to order from ivory florist from now on forever, hands down they are the best florist shop i the whole orange country.

Wow! What can I say, Sepideh and her staff were fantastic. My wife and I were coming to Newport Beach during Valentine's Day for our 25th wedding anniversary. We had several special requests, and they went well above and beyond to help meet our expectations despite it being a very busy time for them. Flowers and champagne were delivered on time for our arrival in Hilton Newport, Thanks to the Ivory Florist team. I would highly recommend their service.
